Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Astralis Vero processes personal data under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Mustafa Altın, a sole proprietorship established in Türkiye, trading as Astralis Vero. For privacy requests, contact astralisvero@gmail.com.
2. Personal data we process
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process identity and contact information; professional, company and project information; account and membership information; influencer or creator profile information; correspondence; and technical records such as IP address, device, browser, security and cookie data. If online payments are enabled later, payment processing will be provided by Paddle or another disclosed payment partner; we do not intend to store full card details.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to respond to enquiries, evaluate engagement requests, create and secure accounts, operate the Astralis Vero Influence Network, provide requested services, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and establish or protect legal rights. Processing is based, as applicable, on the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, the establishment or protection of rights, our legitimate interests where your fundamental rights are not overridden, and explicit consent where the law requires it.
4. Collection methods
Data is collected electronically through our website forms, account tools, email communications, cookies and similar technical records, and directly from you during commercial discussions.
5. Recipients and transfers
Data may be shared, only as necessary, with hosting, email, security and technical service providers; professional advisers; authorized public institutions; and commercial partners involved in delivering a requested service. Some providers may operate outside Türkiye. Where an international transfer occurs, we will apply the transfer mechanism and safeguards required by KVKK. Paddle will be identified in our sales documentation before payment functionality is activated.
6. Retention and security
We keep personal data only for the period required by the stated purpose, applicable limitation periods and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed; request information; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; learn recipients in Türkiye or abroad; request correction, deletion or destruction where conditions apply; request notification of those actions to recipients; object to an outcome produced solely by automated analysis; and claim compensation for unlawful processing. 8. Children and changes
Our services are not directed to children. We may update this notice as our services, providers or legal obligations change; the effective date above will be revised.
